1. What this policy covers

This policy describes the public website of Samda Superspeciality Hospital and its contact features. The website provides hospital information and ways to contact reception. It does not offer online appointment booking, payments, patient accounts or access to medical records.

Clinical records and information given directly to the hospital are handled through its own processes. Contact the hospital for information about those records.

2. Contact forms and email drafts

The contact form uses the name, email address, phone number, subject and message you enter to prepare an email draft in your browser. Preparing the draft does not send these details to the hospital or save them in a website database.

When you select “Open email draft,” those details are passed to your chosen email app. You must review and send the email yourself. Your email app or browser may retain a draft or autofill information according to your settings.

Information you choose to send to the hospital is provided so that your inquiry can be addressed. Please share only what is needed for your inquiry and avoid including medical reports, identity documents or financial details in a general message.

3. Career inquiries

Career application links open an email draft. You add your details and attach your resume in your email app before sending it. This website does not upload, receive or store resumes. Any application you send is shared with the hospital and the email services used to deliver it for consideration of your career inquiry.

4. Browsing, hosting and cookies

The website is hosted on Vercel and uses Sanity to deliver published content and images. Requests for pages and images involve technical information, such as an IP address, browser information and the requested page or file, needed to deliver and protect those services.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits, popular pages, referring websites and broad device and location trends. It uses anonymized, cookie-free analytics. We remove URL query strings and fragments before sending page-view URLs, and do not send form contents, resumes or WhatsApp messages as analytics events. Your browser and external services you visit may have their own storage or cookie practices.

5. WhatsApp, maps and social media

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, YouTube and Instagram take you to services operated by other providers. When you open a link, that provider may receive technical information about your visit. Messages, profile details and other information you share there are handled under that service's privacy practices and your account settings.

A WhatsApp quick option prepares an inquiry. You decide whether to send it. Opening a link does not confirm an appointment or a response from the hospital.

6. Questions and privacy requests

To ask about information you have shared with the hospital, request access, a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, use the contact details below. Include enough information to identify your inquiry, without sending sensitive documents in your first message.

You can also ask how long your correspondence or records are retained. Whether a request can be fulfilled may depend on applicable recordkeeping requirements. Requests concerning copies held by your email, messaging or social media provider should also be directed to that provider.
